Official Language

The official languages of the Conference are Czech and English. No translation will be provided.

Registration

In order to register, please fill the PHP registration form.

You can also send your registration form in RTF format by e-mail to cuas@aerospace.fsik.cvut.cz. At the conference it is possible to participate as a delegate with or without a paper.

Registered participants will obtain confirmation about acceptance of registration form / registration form with paper together with payment information.

Publication Policy

All papers presented at the conference will be published in printed proceedings of abstracts and CD-ROM of the full texts (with ISBN). The proceedings will be available at the opening of the Conference.

Registration Fee

The registration fees are 3000 CZK per delegate. Each delegate is required to pay the full registration fee. The student’s and Ph.D. student’s fee will be 1500 CZK. The fee is non-returnable in case of absence.

Registered journalists have admission free.

Accommodation

No accommodation will be provided. The prices for accommodation in *** or **** hotels are about 1.500 - 3.500 CZK per night. Possibilities of accommodation in CTU hotels are here.
